Take some time to unwind during the reflect & reiki workshop in the soft glow of candlelight.
In this 90-minute workshop, you'll be guided through a slow flow and ease into restorative poses meant to settle the body and calm the mind. Experience Reiki during your restoration, optional for those who are interested.
This experience is accessible to all levels of yoga practitioners. Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps are provided in the studio. Qualifying members of the spark, the yogi, and the muse receive 20% off this workshop.
