Service Description

Take time to reconnect — with yourself and someone you love — during our Reflect & Reiki: Valentine’s Edition. Join Melissa and Jen for a shared Reiki experience. Under the soft glow of candlelight, you’ll be guided through a gentle flow and restorative poses to calm the mind and open the heart. During your restoration, experience the subtle energy of Reiki (optional) to help release tension and invite balance. This 90-minute workshop is open to all levels. Mats, bolsters, blankets, and props are provided. Qualifying members of the spark, the yogi, and the muse receive 20% off this workshop.

Unless otherwise noted, regularly scheduled in-studio and online classes purchased directly through Yoga Muse must be cancelled or rescheduled online 12 hours before the class start time or the class will be considered a “Late Cancel” and debited from your account.
