Service Description

No prior yoga experience is necessary to join this series. Join Yoga Instructor, Physical Therapist, and Craniosacral Therapy practitioner, Tracy Lin for a heart-centered, science-informed journey to regulate your nervous system, reduce chronic pain and stress, and restore inner balance. Learn how to interrupt the stress–pain cycle and cultivate Santosha — the art of contentment and inner peace. Unless otherwise noted, regularly scheduled in-studio and online classes purchased directly through Yoga Muse must be cancelled or rescheduled online 12 hours before the class start time or the class will be considered a “Late Cancel” and debited from your account.
