about this workshop
This workshop is part of our "Self Care Series," a three-part myofascial experience targeting different areas of the body. In this workshop you'll be focusing on the foot, ankle and lower leg with the intention of embodiment, anatomy education to empower and offering a framework to troubleshoot and get curious about your body. You can expect a brief lecture, somatic exercises, self myofascial release, joint mobilization, corrective exercises, gait analysis, and more.
