Refund, Cancellation, and Arrival Policy
Please note that workshops and series have a unique cancellation policy at Yoga Muse.
Unless otherwise noted, regularly scheduled in-studio and online classes purchased directly through Yoga Muse must be cancelled online 12 hours before the class start time or the class will be considered a “Late Cancel” and debited from your account.
Classes close after the 5-minute grace period.
If you do not show up for a class you reserved it will be considered a “No-Show” and the class will be debited from your account.
Classes cancelled prior to the 12-hour Late Cancel window are considered “Early Cancel” and will be returned to your account to use within the valid period of your expiration date. All class purchases are non-refundable and subject to the expiration dates indicated at the point of sale. If you have an unexpected circumstance, please email support@yogamuse.co for consideration of your situation.

General Purchase Information:
You have purchased a service that will be delivered to you either "Online" or “In-Studio." Unless otherwise noted, all sales are final and are not refundable and not transferable.
Mat Rental: Mat rental is included with all “In Studio” class purchases.

Practice awareness when placing your mat down and make space for yourself and others. There are floor markers in the studio that guide where the top of your mat can go, unless otherwise directed by a yoga instructor.
Shoes: Leave shoes at the entrance on the shoe shelf or in the coat closet.
Technology: Please leave phones and noise-emitting technical devices in the coat closet or with your belongings. If you have a device with you, it must be on silent (not vibrate). Thank you for helping us to keep a serene environment in our classes.
Terms & Conditions: Intro Offer
The Intro Plan includes three (3) Classes for use at single classes over a 21-day period, at the rate of $45. This intro offer may not be used for series, private sessions, and workshops. Your classes expire at the end of 21-days from the purchase date. The Intro Plan is non-refundable and classes unused within the 21-day trial period will not be reimbursed. This plan is valid for students who are *new* to Yoga Muse. Existing members who try to purchase the Intro Plan will be refunded for their purchase and the Intro Plan will be cancelled in your account.

Class Packs can be purchased as a 10-Class Pack or 5-Class Pack for in-studio classes, and a 10-class pack for livestream (online) classes.
The 10 Class Pack plan includes ten (10) Classes for use at single classes over a 5-month period, at the rate of $179. Class Packs may not be used for series, private sessions, and workshops. Your classes expire at the end of five (5) months from the date you select during the checkout process. If your class pack is cancelled, unused classes will not be subject to a refund.
The 5 Class Pack plan includes five (5) Classes for use at single classes over a 3-month period, at the rate of $99. Class Packs may not be used for series, private sessions, and workshops. Your classes expire at the end of three (3) months from the date you select during the checkout process. If your class pack is cancelled, unused classes will not be subject to a refund.
The 10 Class Pack for ONLINE plan includes ten (10) Classes for use at ONLINE (Livestreamed) classes over a 5-month period, at the rate of $129. Class Packs may not be used for series, private sessions, and workshops. Your classes expire at the end of five (5) months from the date you select during the checkout process. If your class pack is cancelled, unused classes will not be subject to a refund.
Late / No Show Policy: If you fail to attend or cancel your booked class within our 12-Hour cancellation time frame you will not be refunded or reimbursed for your missed class. Yoga Muse does not charge a late fee.
Non-transferable: Your Class Pack is personal to you and only you may use the classes in your Class Pack.
Additional Classes: May be purchased at our studio rate, which is $25 per class. Events and workshops are priced according to the event or workshop.
Additional ONLINE classes: May be purchased at our online studio rate, which is $16 per class. Events and workshops are priced according to the event or workshop.
Cancelling Your Class Pack: Class Packs are final sale. There are no refunds or reimbursements for your Class Pack, or for unused classes on your Class Pack.
Violation of Rules and Regulations: It is our right to change or vary the above terms and conditions and our policies from time to time. Any violation of the terms gives Yoga Muse the right to terminate your Class Pack, without refund or reimbursement.

We reserve the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend class packs, memberships or access to the studio to any student who breaches the above terms and conditions.
Terms & Conditions: Students
Class Pack Terms & Conditions
The Student Class Pack plans are valid for active students who are registered at a University. Upon registration, you will be asked to submit a copy of a valid school ID and registration confirmation for the applicable semester. Class Packs may not be used for series, events, and workshops.
The Student 5 Class Pack includes five (5) Classes for use at drop-in or online classes over a 3-month period, at the rate of $59. Class Packs may not be used for events and workshops. The classes expire at the end of the three (3)-month period.
The Student Single Class includes one (1) class for use at a drop-in or online class, valid for a 1-month period, at the rate of $15. The class expires at the end of the one (1)-month period.
Unused classes will not be subject to a refund.

Membership Terms & Conditions: the spark
Membership
The Spark Membership plan includes five (5) classes per month at the rate of $99 a month. Workshops and series may be purchased at 10% off the full price with a membership. Unused classes do not rollover to the next month.
Auto-renew: Your Spark Membership will automatically renew on a continuous month-to-month basis until your subscription is canceled by you or Yoga Muse. Yoga Muse reserves the right to incrementally increase the price of the Membership subscription upon advance written notice.
Expiration: Your classes expire at the end of each month. Unused classes do not rollover to the following month and will not be subject to a refund.
This membership does not have any set-up fees.

If you have challenges or need help canceling your membership, please email support@yogamuse.co. Please note that we do not offer suspended memberships at this time.
There are no refunds or reimbursements for unused classes on your membership. If you plan to cancel your membership, please do so before the next billing period.

Auto-renew: Your Yogi Membership will automatically renew on a continuous month-to-month basis until your subscription is canceled by you or Yoga Muse. Yoga Muse reserves the right to incrementally increase the price of the Membership subscription upon advance written notice.
Expiration: Your classes expire at the end of each month. Unused classes do not rollover to the following month and will not be subject to a refund.
This membership does not have any set-up fees.

Auto-renew: Your Muse Membership will automatically renew on a continuous month-to-month basis until your subscription is canceled by you or Yoga Muse. Yoga Muse reserves the right to incrementally increase the price of the Membership subscription upon advance written notice.
Expiration: Your classes expire at the end of each month. Unused classes do not rollover to the following month and will not be subject to a refund.

Workshops and Series are purchased in whole for the duration of the course and/or workshop. No-shows, to any part of the workshop or series, will not be refunded.
