In Freedom Through Flow: A Holistic Approach to Chronic Pain, you'll join Tracy Lin, a seasoned Physical Therapist and Craniosacral Therapy practitioner, on a journey to help you conquer and cope with chronic pain using various mind/body approaches including breathwork, visualization and mindful movement.

 In this course, you will:

  • Learn how to break the "Pain cycle" - Improve your mind/body awareness so you can feel more empowered during the day

  • Learn simple science-based techniques to help you move and cope with your pain with more ease

  • Create community and know that you are not alone.
