Service Description

In Freedom Through Flow: A Holistic Approach to Chronic Pain, you'll join Tracy Lin, a seasoned Physical Therapist and Craniosacral Therapy practitioner, on a journey to help you conquer and cope with chronic pain using various mind/body approaches including breathwork, visualization and mindful movement. In this 4-week course, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of the signals your body is sharing and learn helpful science-based techniques to help you gain new skills for managing your daily life with more freedom and ease. In this course, you will: - Learn how to break the "Pain cycle" - Improve your mind/body awareness so you can feel more empowered during the day - Learn simple science-based techniques to help you move and cope with your pain with more ease - Create community and know that you are not alone. *Please note that this is a 4-week course and you are registering for a committed time and duration. Missed weeks will not be made up or refunded.*

Unless otherwise noted, regularly scheduled in-studio and online classes purchased directly through Yoga Muse must be cancelled online 12 hours before the class start time or the class will be considered a “Late Cancel” and debited from your account.
