four to the core: instructor Q&A
How did your yoga journey start, and what does it look like today?

My yoga journey began in 2005 as a complement to my workouts, but it wasn’t until 2010—after being diagnosed with chronic migraines—that I truly discovered its healing power. What started as a way to find relief grew into a life-changing practice that helped me become migraine-free and eventually inspired me to complete teacher training in 2015. Today, my practice and teaching blend Vinyasa, Restorative, and meditation with a strong focus on safety, alignment, and intention. I love creating thoughtful, creative sequences and strive to keep every class unique, offering students something fresh each time they step onto the mat.
What’s something outside of yoga that inspires your practice?

I’m most inspired by my family and the ongoing journey of personal growth. Motherhood has taught me patience, resilience, and presence, while my own path of learning and evolving reminds me that yoga is about progress, not perfection. Both keep me grounded and fuel the way I guide students to grow with compassion—on and off the mat.
What do you hope students take away from your classes?

I hope students leave class feeling grounded and uplifted, and remembering that showing up is always enough. My goal is for them to carry presence, balance, and compassion into their everyday lives.
In three words, how would you describe the vibe of your classes?

Supportive, creative, and A VIBEEEE! ✨
