Our programs for children are designed to support them as they grow—physically, mentally, and emotionally—through the foundations of yoga.

Our Kids Yoga program is designed to support children as they grow—physically, mentally, and emotionally—through movement, breath, and mindfulness. Offered in age-based groups, each class is thoughtfully tailored to meet children where they are, creating a positive and engaging experience for every stage of development.

Throughout the course of the 5-week (toddlers only) and 10-week programs, kids will practice various aspects of yoga, building their practice throughout the weeks.

​

Toddlers (ages 2–5) are introduced to yoga alongside a parent or caregiver through playful movement, music, and simple activities. Classes focus on building coordination, balance, and early body awareness in a warm, supportive setting, while also creating opportunities for connection, routine, and shared experience.

​

Younger students (ages 6–8) are introduced to yoga through play-based learning techniques that include imagination and simple movement, building coordination and confidence in a fun and supportive setting.

 

Older students (ages 9–12) explore a more structured practice, developing strength, flexibility, focus, and tools to manage stress as they grow. 

​

Each group meets once per week over a 10-week series, providing consistency and a sense of routine. Our goal is to help children feel strong, capable, and at ease in their bodies and minds, while giving them skills they can carry into everyday life.
