four to the core: instructor Q&A
How did your yoga journey start, and what does it look like today?
My yoga journey started at a gym, where I attended a class expecting to relax—but it turned out to be much more challenging than I imagined. I practiced on and off for many years, and eventually returned to yoga as part of my path of self-discovery and healing. Today, my yoga practice is about cultivating a deep connection with my body and the universe, embracing yoga as a lifestyle rooted in love and respect for all sentient beings. Asana is only a small part of my practice, supporting a greater journey of awareness and compassion.
What’s something outside of yoga that inspires your practice?
Living a minimalist life, I strive to find balance and focus on what I truly need on this planet.
What do you hope students take away from your classes?
I hope my students feel inspired to connect with their inner selves, to be playful as we move through asanas, and to understand that yoga is so much more than just the poses.
In three words, how would you describe the vibe of your classes?
Centering - Strengthening - Connecting
