Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is designed to support women through every stage of pregnancy. It includes gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation to ease common pregnancy discomforts—like round ligament pain, backaches, and swelling—while creating space in the body for easier breathing and a more comfortable pregnancy. 

Pain Management

Gentle, effective movement and stretches help release tension from key muscles groups.

These classes and workshops target specific areas, using movement and mindfulness to relieve tension in the body, reduce stress, and offer techniques to help manage chronic pain. 

Postnatal Yoga

For moms only who are at least 6 weeks postpartum (or 8 weeks for C-section recovery) and up to 12 months, postnatal yoga supports women through the postpartum journey. Classes and workshops help you reconnect with your body, restore strength, and rehabilitate the pelvic floor.

Myofascial Therapy

Using Yoga Tune Up Balls, these classes and workshops help to unwind deep muscular tension, enhance mobility, and reset your nervous system. Simple, powerful techniques will be used to roll out tight areas, hydrate your tissues, and improve your body’s alignment and function. â€‹â€‹

Introduction to Yoga

If you're curious about yoga but aren't sure where to begin, this is a class that will demystify yoga and build a strong foundation. Throughout the journey, you'll explore postures and breathwork, and leave knowing the essentials of every yoga class with the ability to join a beginner class.

A Japanese healing technique, Reiki has been honed by specialists across the world to help calm the nervous system and release tension in the body. Both private treatments and workshop settings offer an opportunity to fully relax and realign the energetic centers of the body.
