OCT 17 WITH TRACY HOLGUIN

MEET TRACY

My yoga journey began in college when I took yoga to fulfill a PE requirement. I quickly realized that yoga was so much more than a physical practice. With each class, I found myself releasing emotions I had carried for years but never knew how to process. It felt like peeling back the layers of an onion, discovering more of myself with every practice.

My instructor encouraged me to pursue yoga teacher training, but I didn’t give it much thought at the time. Thirteen years later, I finally answered that call. Choosing to become a teacher has been one of the most meaningful decisions I’ve made, and I continue to fall more in love with this practice and lifestyle every day. I hope to create a space where students can connect with themselves and begin to peel away those layers, just as I once did.

MEET NOLI

Noli is passionate about yoga as a space for individual growth and community building. As a long-time practitioner, her interest in asana led to a deep curiosity about yoga anatomy, history and philosophy, inspiring her to pursue a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training. She was surprised to learn that yoga is a vast and diverse discipline that can be tailored to anyone’s unique needs.
She aims to help every student move at their own pace, while cultivating inner awareness that supports them on and off mat.
