Service Description

🌶 🌶 Spicy level 2. Moderate effort with some endurance challenges. Join us for Rooted in Gratitude, a special edition of Root Practice on Thanksgiving morning. This is a foundational yoga class inspired by the Hatha yoga approach that will deconstructs the yoga asanas (postures) essential for building mindfulness, strength, and mobility.

Unless otherwise noted, regularly scheduled in-studio and online classes purchased directly through Yoga Muse must be cancelled or rescheduled online 12 hours before the class start time or the class will be considered a “Late Cancel” and debited from your account.
