dynamic practice - JT Edition

Service Description

🌶🌶🌶 Spicy level 3. Moderate effort with increasing endurance and cardio challenge. Join JT birthday week at Yoga Muse! Melissa is a longtime Justin Timberlake fan and is celebrating his birthday week with a special JT YM Sculpt class on Wednesday, January 28, and a JT Dynamic Practice on Saturday, January 31 (his actual birthday!). Set to an all–Justin Timberlake playlist, these classes blend strength, intentional movement, and a little groove. Expect a playful, energizing experience that invites students to move with confidence, build heat, and have fun on their mats - dancing definitely welcome!

Unless otherwise noted, regularly scheduled in-studio and online classes purchased directly through Yoga Muse must be cancelled or rescheduled online 12 hours before the class start time or the class will be considered a “Late Cancel” and debited from your account.
