Service Description

This 4-class series is for moms who are at least 6 weeks postpartum (or 8 weeks for C-section recovery) and up to 12 months. No prior yoga experience is needed—just come as you are, ready to move, breathe, and be supported. Babies up to crawlers are welcome to join you in this class. Join Melissa in a class is designed to support and empower you through the postpartum journey, helping you reconnect with your body, restore strength, and find moments of deep rest. We will combine gentle movement, core and pelvic floor rehabilitation, breathwork, and relaxation to support your recovery and well-being. In this workshop, we’ll focus on rebuilding core stability, releasing tension from the neck, shoulders, and back (common from feeding and carrying your baby), and strengthening muscles that support posture and energy levels. Special attention will be given to pelvic floor recovery, diastasis recti awareness, and breath-centered movement to help you feel strong, steady, and supported. Beyond the physical practice, this class is a nurturing and empowering space to connect with other new moms, share experiences, and build a sense of community during this transformative time.

Unless otherwise noted, regularly scheduled in-studio and online classes purchased directly through Yoga Muse must be cancelled or rescheduled online 12 hours before the class start time or the class will be considered a “Late Cancel” and debited from your account.
