Service Description

Settle into an evening of deep rest and rich sound at this candlelit workshop inspired by the heart of Yoga Muse. Cellist Tara Hanish joins Jen Volmer in the studio for a guided restorative experience with live music. During this experience, gentle restorative postures are paired with a live acoustic cello soundbath, creating a warm, immersive atmosphere that soothes the nervous system and invites full-body relaxation. Expect long, supported holds, soft lighting, and layers of resonant music designed to help you unwind, reset, and simply receive. 🕯️No physical exertion. Focused on relaxation and mindfulness.

Unless otherwise noted, regularly scheduled in-studio and online classes purchased directly through Yoga Muse must be cancelled or rescheduled online 12 hours before the class start time or the class will be considered a “Late Cancel” and debited from your account.
