Service Description

🪷 No physical exertion. Focused on relaxation and mindfulness. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice designed to invite deep rest while the body remains completely supported. In this class, you’ll be led through breath awareness and gentle visualization to help calm the nervous system, release tension, and reset the mind. No movement or experience is required—simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow yourself to rest deeply. This practice is ideal for anyone seeking restoration, clarity, and a calming of the nervous system that carries well beyond the mat.

Refund, Cancellation and Arrival Policy

Unless otherwise noted, regularly scheduled in-studio and online classes purchased directly through Yoga Muse must be cancelled or rescheduled online 12 hours before the class start time or the class will be considered a “Late Cancel” and debited from your account.
