FALL: prenatal series - rooted & radiant


Service Description

Join Melissa for a 4-week prenatal yoga series designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy. Each week will focus on gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation to ease common pregnancy discomforts—like round ligament pain, backaches, and swelling—while creating space in the body for easier breathing and a more comfortable pregnancy. And your birthing partner is welcome at no additional cost! Throughout the series, we’ll explore pelvic floor and breast health, strengthen your connection to your changing body, and prepare both body and mind for birth. Beyond the physical benefits, this series also creates space for meaningful connection—offering time each week to share, ask questions, and build community with fellow parents-to-be. Unless otherwise noted, regularly scheduled in-studio and online classes purchased directly through Yoga Muse must be cancelled online 12 hours before the class start time or the class will be considered a “Late Cancel” and debited from your account.
