It's a bird, it's a plane... it's a yogi! If you're new to yoga and curious about what it is, where it came from, and how it can enhance your well-being, this course is for you. Intro to Yoga is a 4-week journey designed to demystify yoga and build a strong foundation. Each week, we’ll explore the essentials—why breathwork is key to your practice, foundational poses (asanas) that appear in most yoga classes, and the building blocks of a seamless yoga flow. By the end of the course, you’ll have the confidence and skills to step into a beginner yoga class with ease. Understand the Practice:Explore the purpose and benefits of yoga  Create a Strong Foundation:Learn how to asses your own body to prevent injury Build Confidence:Master key yoga poses to help you navigate group classes Save 10% on this series with a qualifying Yoga Muse Membership. You'll receive a course workbook for Intro to Yoga. *When you register for a series, you are committing to four classes over the period of the course. Unless otherwise noted, regularly scheduled in-studio and online classes purchased directly through Yoga Muse must be cancelled online 12 hours before the class start time or the class will be considered a “Late Cancel” and debited from your account.
