young yogis (ages 9-12)


Service Description

This is a thoughtful yoga class for older kids, designed to support growing bodies and developing minds. Students will explore yoga poses, breathing techniques, and simple mindfulness practices that build strength, flexibility, and focus. Classes are structured but approachable, helping kids feel more confident in their bodies while learning tools to manage stress and stay present. This is a 10-week series that meets once per week to offer a consistent, supportive space to move, learn, and grow. This class is limited to 10 young yogis to provide an experience with dedicated attention from the instructor. Parents can expect increased strength and flexibility, improved concentration, and practical tools for stress management and emotional awareness.

Refund, Cancellation and Arrival Policy

Unless otherwise noted, regularly scheduled in-studio and online classes purchased directly through Yoga Muse must be cancelled or rescheduled online 12 hours before the class start time or the class will be considered a “Late Cancel” and debited from your account.
