Service Description

In this 90-minute workshop, join Andrew to explore the foundations of backbending, using props and progressive sequencing to build the strength, flexibility, and confidence necessary to begin pushing up into Urdhva Dhanurasana (upward-facing wheel). This workshop is designed both for those just starting to explore intermediate backbends and for more experienced practitioners looking to refine their approach. We will work step by step to open the shoulders, chest, hips, and spine while developing the stability and awareness that make backbends both safer and more accessible. Expect an energizing practice that will leave you feeling more open, energized, and confident in your backbending. Members of the spark, the yogi, and the muse plans receive 20% off this workshop.
