🌶🌶🌶 Spicy level 3. Moderate effort with increasing endurance and cardio challenge. If you're ready to feel some heat while building strength and mobility, join our Dynamic Practice. While Dynamic Practice is open to all levels of practitioners it may be most enjoyable for yogis with a foundational understanding of the yoga asanas.

Refund, Cancellation and Arrival Policy

Unless otherwise noted, regularly scheduled in-studio and online classes purchased directly through Yoga Muse must be cancelled or rescheduled online 12 hours before the class start time or the class will be considered a “Late Cancel” and debited from your account.
