Service Description

Rewire to Heal: Changing the Patterns of Stress & Pain A 2‑Day, 90‑Minute Yoga + Neuroscience Workshop Stress and pain often come from patterns we didn’t consciously choose—habits of thought, tension, and emotional responses shaped by past experiences and the ways our nervous system learned to protect us. The encouraging truth is that these patterns can change. The brain and body are designed to rewire, soften, and create new pathways when given the right support. Rewire to Heal is a gentle, trauma‑aware workshop that blends neuroscience, somatic awareness, breathwork, restorative movement, Yoga Nidra, journaling, and the yogic principle of Santosha (contentment + enoughness). Over two 90‑minute sessions, you’ll learn how to interrupt old stress‑pain loops and create new emotional and physiological patterns that support ease, resilience, and self‑trust. This workshop is spacious, accessible, and designed for anyone seeking a more grounded, compassionate way of moving through stress and pain. You’ll leave with practical tools you can use daily—simple shifts in breath, mindset, and movement that help you feel more regulated and supported from within. No experience is required.
