🌶 🌶 Spicy level 2. Moderate effort with some endurance challenges. Calling all early bird yogis, our Rise&Shine class is just what you need to awaken your body and mind before taking on the day ahead. Rise&Shine is open to all levels of practitioners and may be most enjoyable for yogis with a foundational understanding of the yoga asanas.

Refund, Cancellation and Arrival Policy

Unless otherwise noted, regularly scheduled in-studio and online classes purchased directly through Yoga Muse must be cancelled or rescheduled online 12 hours before the class start time or the class will be considered a “Late Cancel” and debited from your account.
